Day 1 - GlobalProtect Troubleshooting Techniques

On day one, we will be hearing from Angelo Eisma, Staff Technical Support Engineer for Palo Alto Networks, as he reviews the entire process of how a GlobalProtect connection is made and what information is shared between the client and the gateway/portal. After that, he will show you, through case studies, how to go into the logs to determine where exactly the problem is if you run into problems and how to debug them.
