Fuel Workshop on Threat Protection Best Practices

We are pleased to announce a new series of events from Fuel - Fuel Workshops. With these workshops, we will be working with people from the Palo Alto Networks support team and others to get you the information you need for anyone just getting started with a Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Firewall (NGFW). Over the next two days, we will be going over several components of the NGFW and allowing the attendees to ask questions about the device.

Please note the start times for these sessions are set around APAC time zones due to our presenter being based out of Singapore, so keep this in mind when you are signing up for this event. Here are the start times for each day of the event in other time zones globally for reference:
Day 1:
SGT - Singapore Time (UTC+08:00):  11:00 AM, August 28th
CET - Central European Time (UTC+02:00):  5:00 AM, August 28th
Pacific US (UTC-07:00):  8:00 PM, August 27th

Day 2:
SGT - Singapore Time (UTC+08:00): 11:00 AM, August 29th
CET - Central European Time (UTC+02:00): 5:00 AM, August 29th

Day 1 Agenda:

Break - 10 minutes
Antivirus with Q&A after - 30 minutes
Vulnerability with Q&A after - 30 minutes

Day 2 Agenda:
Anti-Spyware with Q&A after - 35 minutes
DNS Security with Q&A after - 35 minutes
Break - 10 minutes
URL Filtering with Q&A after - 30 minutes
Additional features and best practices with Q&A after - 30 minutes

These times are approximate and will adjust accordingly due to attendee interaction.

For those who are unable to attend the event, recordings of the sessions will be posted a day or two after the event in LIVEcommunity's YouTube channel along with embedded video links on this page as well.

Additionally, we have a link provided for a post-event discussion area in LIVEcommunity for any questions that aren't able to be completely covered in the sessions as well as for those who can't attend the session but will have questions after viewing the recordings.

Lastly, we've had reports of potential problems joining our sessions when running a connected VPN client. If you have any issues not being able to join the sessions or have any other connectivity problems, please be sure your VPN client is disconnected prior to joining the event.
