This session will feature an open discussion exploring how App-ID attributes help translate a security administrator’s intent into effective Security Policies. As modern applications grow more complex and dynamic, understanding how to properly interpret and apply App-ID data is critical for maintaining strong, adaptive protections. Participants will examine how App-ID attributes provide deeper context about application behavior, enabling security teams to build policies that more accurately reflect business needs while maintaining a strong security posture.
A special focus will be placed on managing the rapidly evolving risks associated with AI technologies, including the growing ecosystem of AI applications, agents, and emerging protocols. The discussion will also include a demonstration of the new App-ID Update Safeguard and how it can help organizations maintain policy stability while adopting new App-ID updates. To ensure the session remains interactive and practical, time will be reserved for attendees to share the top challenges they are encountering with App-ID and discuss strategies for addressing them collaboratively.
During this event, we will be hearing from Kai Barker and Isaac Noumba as our subject matter experts. We will have our standard chat area available for you to ask questions of these fine gentlemen!
This event will be recorded and uploaded to the LIVEcommunity YouTube channel a few days after the event.
