This workshop will guide handling password resets, license transfers, and RMAs efficiently. Customers can also learn how to raise cases to the right team to address their concerns. Who should attend?
This workshop is designed for customers to manage their enterprise assets and access. They must be familiar with the Customer Support Portal (CSP) access and know how to change their licences, devices, user accounts and case creation.
