We are pleased to invite you to our exclusive one-day workshop designed for professionals seeking to better manage their Palo Alto Networks assets and user accounts. This workshop will guide handling password resets, license transfers, and RMAs efficiently. Customers can also learn how to raise cases to the right team to address their concerns. The session will also include a lab demo, allowing participants to engage in live, interactive participation.
Who should attend?
This workshop is designed for customers to manage their enterprise assets and access. They must be familiar with the Customer Support Portal (CSP) access and know how to change their licences, devices, user accounts and case creation.

Tomoko Shirosishi is a Senior Customer Service Representative. Based in Singapore, she has been with Palo Alto Networks for three and half years. She manages Admin cases for Japan as well. Tomoko will be speaking on user account and case management.
Daniel Loh is an Expert Customer Service Representative. Based in Singapore and has been with Palo Alto Networks for six and half years, he will be speaking with us about asset management and license handling.
Noorul Begum is a Manager of Customer Service Representatives. Also based in Singapore, Noorul has been with Palo Alto Networks for ten and half years and have been managing the APAC team for six years now. Noorul will be speaking with us about RMA best practices.

In this first of three videos, Daniel Loh and Tomoko Shiroishi introduce us to how to access and use the Customer Support Portal (CSP) to the best of its functionality. Creating an account, setting up 2FA, and other functionality as to how to use the CSP.
